Walk2Run is a beginner running training program where you transition from walking to running with a goal of “graduating” to a local 5k race, or our celebratory 5k wrap up run from the store.

Walk2Run takes place every Wednesday at 6:30pm from April 3rd – November 13th. Each session starts over on the following dates:

  • Spring: April 22 – June 24
  • Summer:  July 1 – September 2
  • Fall: September 9 – November 11

Make new friends, get in shape, learn how to run and all the tricks that go along with it. We are excited to have you join us!
